Dell Venue 8 help!!

I have a Dell Venue 8 which has quad core p, 2gb of ram, 2ghz, and 1280 x 800 display, and android 4.2.2 if it matters but its slow unlike other quad cores run it perfectly! I would appreciate help thx in advance.

P.S I have a Intel Atom procceser

The X86 version is far less optimized than the ARM NEON one.
I happen to have a Dell Venue 8 as X86 test device, and while it's slower than comparable ARM devices, I find most games to be playable.

Really? Because when I play pokemon heart gold and diamond it's super slow same with new super mario bros. What games r u talking about?

All games you mention run full speed for me most of the time and even heavier 3D games like Mario Kart are very playable. What does it show if you enable fps display?
You should set audio-latency to 'very high' on that device, and also keep frameskip set to auto/4.

Its smooth in the intro Pokemon diamond but when I exit house it lags and slows soooooo much!:-(

Did you change the audio-latency to 'very high' and restart the app? That really makes the difference between super laggy and full speed for me on the Venue 8.

There is no very high only high,medium , and low.
Also any other settings I need to change?

Well, 'high' also runs full-speed for me, but as you're using a pirated version, that can cause slowdowns,oo.
You can try the demo version, set latency to very high and see if it runs as slow.

That helped. I didn't know I was using a pirated version I bought it off of Google play.
