cant get my old savestates onto my new phone

I recently got a new phone and currently trying to get my savestates from my old phone onto my current phone, ive tried using the google drive but it wont download anything onto my system, then i tried manually putting it onto the phone manually and i have no idea where to put it. This may be a dumb question but is there anyway i can get them onto my new phone and if so how?

depending on what bios you used, you can place all savestates on sdcard/drastic/savestates. just make sure that you use a compatible bios (either the built-in or the original nds)
