[Sugggestion] Store Save files in ROM source folder

So, this is a small thing, but something I've noticed between switching devices lately is how the save files for games don't seem to keep through different devices despite backing up / restoring the app.

My recommendation is to follow what many other emulators have done in the past: Place the .sav (Or whatever format Drastic uses for it's battery saves) in the same folder that the ROM file it loads is. In this way, not only are battery saves easier to deal with on the user end (Letting us see them in a relatively accessible place), but they also will be (more?) portable.
