Local Multiplayer

In a near future, is it possible in Drastic the local multiplayer? being that wifi will not be implemented

The odds are actually far far higher of getting infrastructure (out to a server and back to the device) working, then ad hoc (device to device or local).

The reason is simply that games expect a certain amount of lag in the connection for infrastructure and are programmed for far less tolerance to that for ad hoc connections. The problem with that is that the hardware on the DS is setup to far less lag then most connections 2 of any other devices could hope to obtain using standard wireless protocols. Nintendo could do this since they controlled not only the hardware that went in to each DS, but also the software (both the device and to a lesser extent the developer tools).
