How do I turn off cheats?

Exactly as the title says, how do I turn off cheats? So Ive been playing pokemon white and I got a bit bored so I used some cheats so I can encounter the pokemon I want but the thing is I turned it off and I'm still encountering lvl1 hydreigons
Someone help please

When you apply a cheat it modifies the state of the game, and although you can stop applying the cheat the modification is usually permanent until the game is reset.

Once cheats are off you should make an in-game save, reset, then load the save.
