Just map the inputs as you would with any other controller.
OBJECTION!

I really want to try this app, the problem is that my flashcard broke.

The problem is that this app gets inputs using a custom virtual keyboard, I dont think that it will work just like a normal controller

I really wish people understood more of the DS's WiFi and multiplayer features. Just imagine a version of this that used DS Download Play instead of a flashcart, no hacking necessary. For example, I know the Wii has Download Play functionality (the Nintendo Channel used it to transmit DS game demos, and Pokemon Battle Revolution even allowed you to use your DS as a controller, Wii U-style), so I could easily see someone making a Wii homebrew program that transmits out to your DS, adding custom code and allowing it to work as a Wii controller or other wireless controller.
