Hahahahahahahaha!

In seriousness, there aren't any actual Switch or 3DS emulators for Android. There's a 3DS emulator for PC, but there isn't a (legitimate) Switch emulator of any kind.
Even if those emulators did exist, there isn't an Android device out there capable of running these games. Even the Nvidia SHIELD, the most powerful Android device on the market (and boasting the same processor as the Nintendo Switch), can barely handle GameCube and Wii games.

I hate how people think that emulators are magic that allow you to play all the latest games for free on their cellphones, when in actuality they take years to develop, are filled to the brim with lag and bugs, and require monstrous gaming PCs for anything past N64.

It took a decade for the PS2 and Gamecube to be emulated yet their respective emulators are still far from perfect. Even more so with the Xbox being more deceptively complicated despite its x86 PC-esque underpinnings.

Given the herculean work to be done with documenting and emulating the Tegra X1 (go ask the nouveau developers about it, I'm sure they'd tell you it's a pain and a half to know what Nvidia came up with), it wouldn't be until much later when the Switch would be emulated, let alone at a playable state. But who knows? Architectures as complex as the Cell have been emu'd already anyway so there is indeed hope.

What favors a Switch emulator, beyond the common interest in Nintendk platforms, is the possibility of pulling a CEMU BOTW situation and getting some coin.

While I laud the effort, Citra/Yuzu team should really focus on optimizing on the former. Unless i had been under the rocks for so long that citra is now optimized with good speed/perf ratio on a decent device/pc.

additionally, both are in it's infancy stage ang god knows how long a working build, not ot mention, as well as what type of hardware is required to run these apps.

ON A VERY UNRELATED MATTER....

i really can't unsee your avatar looking like a... well... you know... I will prolly pm you.
