The Nes / Famicom (NestopiaUE), libretro core, on The Retroarch emulator frontend, is the most accurate & preforms better than all other NES emulators on Android OS.

You need a beast of a device to handle Snes / Super Famicom (BSNES - Mercury Accuracy), (BSNES -
Mercury Balanced) & (BSNES - Mercury Performance). For more moderate phones, phablets, & tablets go with The Snes9x+ application available on The Google Playstore.

Sega MS/GG/MD/CD (Genesis Plus GX) -RetroArch

Go with Game Boy / Game Boy Colour (Gambatte) on Retroarch. GBC.emu uses Gambatte, has the same accuracy & performance, but isn't free, with less personalization options.

Go with Game Boy Advance (mGBA) on Retroarch. GBA.emu uses mGBA & has the same issues as GBC.emu as written above.

For ePSXe use The SCPH-18000[NTSC-J] BIOS. That BIOS isn't region locked & actually works with for High Level Emulation or HLE for ePSXe. Even with coming from The PS2. The BIOS check size is adequate on Android. The PSP's PSX or PSOne emulator is just a modifyed SCPH-100[NTSC] without the PS1 startup logo & menu.

Go with (Beetle PSX HW) on Retroarch if you've got a beast of a device.

For Nintendo 64-Bit, go with Nintendo 64 (Mupen64 Plus Gles3) or (ParraLLel). ParraLLel can use The Vulkan API.

For PSP, PPSSPP application on The Google Playstore.
Of course for (N)DS(L)(i)(XL), go with DraStic instead of Nintendo DS (DeSume) on Retroarch.
Pokémon Mini (Poké Mini) -Retroarch
Sega Saturn (Yabause) -Retroarch
Reicast - Dreamcast Emulator.
Dolphin Emulator for Wii & NGC.
