My favorite game of all time is Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth. The character development and the deep, emotional story line changed me into a true man 
Valkyrie Profile also had one of the hardest (But well rewarded) special endings to unlock which ended the game in a truly spectacular way.
Below are My other favorites:
