Re: Castlevania Down of Sorrow - Little problem.

It has nothing to do with the language selection. It is a known bug that has been around for at least as long as I have owned drastic. (Was one of the first games I played) It is on the long list of things to improve and Exo and Lordus (if it involves the ui for android) will probably fix it at some...

Re: Forcing 60FPS (removing framecap)

I always found 60 fps discussions about non native 60 fps JRPGs to be odd. I guess for the timing parts of legend of dragoon or FF8's combat system having more frames might help a little. But static text at 30 frames looks the same as static text at 60000 frames and animation programed for 30 or 20 ...

Re: Theory regarding multiplayer

Unless you are planning to rewrite the games themselves, the emulator has to (at the very least) take the output from game 1 and give the appropriate input to game 2.

Re: Local Multiplayer

The odds are actually far far higher of getting infrastructure (out to a server and back to the device) working, then ad hoc (device to device or local). The reason is simply that games expect a certain amount of lag in the connection for infrastructure and are programmed for far less tolerance to t...

The odds are low since Exophase just did a permanent price change not that long ago.

Re: Moving to Pretendo

.dsv is just the extension (the name). Drastic uses a raw format save that does work with DeSuME if you just change the .dsv to .sav.

So you could always try renaming the extension to whatever pretendo uses and see if it works.

Re: My Game save is ruined...help

Am i the only one who never uses save states in any emulator :D I use them all the time.... in fact next to consolidating my collection (having better access to my collection of games in more convenient ways) I would say that savestates are the other reason I love emulation. This is less of an issu...

Re: Android Emulators' button problem (GBA & SNES)

well, its good that you answered OP's query and I have nothing against it but... this really isn't the right place for this right? The OP was not rude or entitled and posted it in the off topic section, so I helped out with what I could. To be fair if this was the xda developer forums there would p...

Re: Friendly Suggestion for succeeding in emulating wifi

also, would u really want to run a DS emulator on a watch? lol and fyi, yes it works on my watch too. As far as smartwatches go (for me), that might be the first semi useful thing it would do. Since I don't care enough about notifications (except for calls) to need to see them 30 seconds sooner and...

Re: Android Emulators' button problem (GBA & SNES)

It sounds like a multitouch issue. You can use the developer menu on your phone or some apps (like antutu tester) to test your multitouch. The only issue is that this will just confirm what I think the issue might be, it won't actually fix using more then one finger too close to annother on your dev...
